Property Management Companies

I am looking for recommendation for a good and reliable property management company who can look after our pool and mow the lawns. (We are having issues with our present company). As the name suggest we are based in Alcanada.

If anyone has any companies to avoid please send me a PM, and I will treat that in confidence.

I would also be interested to know what hourly rate these companies charge.
