How long will it take to walk to the Pinaret area from the pine walk?

Pinaret

Pinaret is set back from the front about 300 meters. Turn just after passing Tolo's Bar at the other end of the Port from the Pine Walk.
How long? Well it depends on how quickly you walk. I would say at a normal walking pace, 20 mins or so.
