Does anyone have any further info regarding the regulation of Holiday Flats & the issue of Estancias Turísticas Vacacionales (ETV)? There was an article in the MDB 18th March which can be seen in Spanish here:

It basically states that a meeting was held in the Club Pollensa & informed the audience that holiday accommodation that failed to obtain a VTV permit Viviendas Turísticas Vacacionales could now apply for a ETV. The average cost is expected to be about 900 eur.
