Hi - I wonder if anyone can help us. We are interested in keeping a boat at the sailing club but to be worthwhile we would have to invest in a significant registration fee. We love Puerto Pollensa and would be more than happy to make a long term commitment by making the investment demanded. The dilemma is that while the staff at the marina tell us that 'the concession' extends until 2035 everything we hear from other sources suggests that there is no guarantee of it lasting beyond 2015. We have seen headlines like 'sailing club in crisis'. Can anyone shed any light on the situation please?
