Resort Hoppa v taxi

We will be arriving in PP on 4th July, this is our first visit to PP staying in an apartment, previously we have booked package deals with transfers included. Our flight arrives at 17:00 and I am weighing up whether to use a taxi or Resort Hoppa. Obviously the big plus for Resort Hoppa is the price which is less than half the cost of a taxi. We would like to get to PP asap though so we can enjoy our first evening. I have been told the taxi will take 45 mins and Resort Hoppa 1 hour 30. How does Resort Hoppa work? How long could we be waiting to actually get on a bus at the airport? Also it says on the website the bus will not drop to a private address. Any tips/advice would be appreciated.

We have used Hoppa for last few years, in my experience, longest wait for bus to leave airport was 40 minutes. Yes, it will take longer than cab but usually in Port within a hour! Obviously depends where you are staying. We stay in apartment but get dropped and picked up at the nearest hotel which in our case is The Romantica.
