Restaurants open in winter 2023/24

Here is the list of restaurants which will open this winter or part of it (November until April). As always things can change because it depends on how many people are here. I will add names to the list as and when i get the info (including opening hours), please let me know of any that are not here and i will add them.
I would recommend that you make reservations or at least check with the restaurant beforehand to avoid disappointment.

Puerto Pollensa.


Albero. - Closed Thursdays. Closing 9th til 17th Nov for a break.

Bar Aries. - Closed Tuesdays and for December.

Bella Roma.- Weekends only.

Bellaverde. - Weekends only.

Bella Vita.

Brisas Marina. - Closed from mid Dec until mid Feb.

Cafe 1919.

Cafe the Mar.

Celler La Parra. - Closed from 17th December for one month.

That's really handy! Thank you Sparky! I have heard that Portofino in the port will also be open during the winter too. Also, Svenja at Bellaverde seems to have decided to stay open at weekends for the time being.

Cafe the Mar are staying open for now and seeing how it goes.
No 31 are closing on 11th November

Hi Sparky. Just a couple of updates for you.
Bar Aries will be open until 6pm Monday to Thursday (closed Tuesday) and until 8 pm Friday to Sunday.

Celia's will be open all winter. I am just waiting for her to confirm hours, etc.

A couple of other thoughts in Pollenca

Over the last year or two I've spent faaaar too much time in La Avenida Del Pony Pisador. Open everyday except Monday.

I think it's the cheapest place to eat in P.

Menu del dia is €12 Starter, Main, Desert, Water and a glass of wine incl. If there's 2 dining then they give you the whole bottle. They're a nice bunch of folks.

Other point to note re Pollenca is Can Moixet is closed Tuesdays.

Club Pollenca is open all year and is very decent under it's new ownership too.

U Placa is staying open too I think???

According to a friend, Bocchoris is closing tomorrow Sunday 5th, and plans to open again at the end of January 2024.

Los Faroles have announced they are closing for holidays on 13th November which is earlier than usual for them.

Celia's will be open everyday (except Mondays) from 4 pm. She will be starting food soon. She has a chef starting on the 15th of this month.

I asked Jose at Centric if they were open for NY and was told they were closing end of Nov and opening 15th Jan, so not open for NY's eve.

Any suggestions for that evening apart from Stay, which is a bit OTT for our tastes.

Josep switched from holding a New Year’s Eve event to a New Year’s Day Lunch season finale a few years ago. Speaking to Josep last month that is the plan again this year so Ca’n Josep will be closed on New Year’s Eve night but will be open for New Year lunch on 1 January.
