Just thought I would post a quick recommendation for this lovely apartment which we stayed at in Puerto Pollensa last week.
We found it through puertopollensa.com (search for iracema1c). It's located opposite the Flora apartments on C. Mendez Nunez, above the British Food Shop.
There's not much I need to say about it beyond the description on the site. It's a comfortable apartment in a good location about 5 minutes walk from the beach and 5-10 minutes walk from the centre of town. There are several supermarkets and restaurants on nearby streets (although quite a few of them are closed at the moment).
Also, being a little way out from the centre means we had no problems parking our car right outside the door.
The building seemed to be pretty quiet (well, it was November). The last time we visited we stayed in the Daina apartments and were kept awake by slamming doors elsewhere in the block, but we had no such problems here. There is also a small pool behind the building which is shared between several blocks on the same street, although being out of season it didn't seem to be being maintained (the area around the pool was quite messy).
I contacted the owner via email and she was very friendly and helpful, and we were visited by a local agent in Puerto Pollensa the day after we arrived who we could have contacted if we had any problems (but we didn't).
There look to be plenty of dates available for 2010 at the moment.
