What a great time, was had by all. The fires were fierce! the alchohol flowing and the atmosphere buzzing. The following day heavy heads watched the tree being dragged through the streets by the local children and rather drunk teenagers! the square was heaving as the tree was pulled into place...This year a different young man won. previously the same one had won for a few years, It was not as entertaining or a long as last year but all the same great fun to watch, then , when the tree had been climbed and the confetti scattered into the air most people appeared to vanish probably taken to their beds to recover! As for my gang we ate drunk a little more then ventured into Pollensa to see it all again!
