San Marc 25th April

Wandering around Pollença today I’ve seen a lot of cafes, bars and restaurants with signs saying ‘Order your snails for tomorrow, San Marc, 25th April’

Presumably a local festival? Does anybody know if it might have any implications for opening times, restaurant bookings etc?

I suppose they might be a bit busier as some people love caracoles, it could be a boost for them as trade has been quite slow recently .
