Searching For A 6 Month Winter Let

My Husband and I are looking for a 6 month winter let, starting from 1st December 2012. We have recently sold our busy business on the Costa Blanca, and are looking to take 6 months out with our 3 small children. We require 3 bedrooms, and minimal steps (I.e. No top floor apartment), close to the beach and amenaties preferably on the North-East coast. Our maximum budget is 800 Euros per month, plus water and electricity. We are strickly Non-Smokers and have No Pets.
