Hello.
We are searching for a 1 bedroom, ground floor Apartment, with a small garden area. To rent for 3-4 weeks, off season, late 2015. I find that most rentals are larger, luxurious places. Anyone who can point in the direction of options??
Best regards Tonie, Denmark:)

Thanks Sparky, I already looked, but, as I wrote, I find it hard to find small 1 bedroom rents, so I opted to ask all of you who have a lot of experience with the area. :-D

I had a quick look and the first one that came up if you put 2 beds in was a small ground floor apartment that did longer term winter rents so they are there if you search!

Even if you select number of beds = 2 in the simple search the search results show mainly 2 bedroom places.

And the advanced search should probably have the '1' as an option for 'Select number of bedrooms'.

The link is to an advanced search Mike, i am afraid there are not many 1 bedroom, ground floor with garden places and Satori might have to accept 2.

Satori are you only looking for 1 bedroom because will be cheaper?, if so i would think that as it will be off season you could probably get a good deal on a larger apartment :).

I've just looked and there are about 12 one bed apartments available. As sws says if you search two beds it comes up with the one beds too:)

There are two one bed/ground floor in the Mimosas block. This is a superb location in peaceful Pinaret...very quiet and only two minutes from the beach, and a ten minute stroll to the square.

Thanks all. I´m looking for 1 bedroom, and groundfloor, because my husband has MS. He walks, but doesn´t do stairs. And as his balance is somewhat off, he is more comfortable in a small place without to much open Space. I appreciate all your help thank you for that. :-D

Thank you all, for the different suggestions. We are coming to PP for 4 weeks in March, and will spend some time exploring the area more closely, and look at the possibilities. The plan is to get away from the Scandinavian Winter, every year. But because of my husbands MS, (and the fact that he has a Servicedog/handicap assistancedog) makes our options somewhat limited. :-)

Does anyone know the owner of these Apartments? According to the feedback, his name should be Colin. I have tried to contact him through the ad. No luck.

Satori, i am sorry but we cannot help you with accommodation you find on other websites unless they advertise with us and Owners Direct don't.
