We rented this small, but charming, villa direct from the owner through the main website and the whole booking was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish.
Senora Canaves who owns the villa was extremely helpful and friendly and met us personally to show us around the villa. It is situated very close to the turning to Cala San Vicente and is handy for restaurants such as L'Aup, Balaixa and Ca'n Pacienci. Pollensa is two minutes away, SYP (Eroski Center) is very near and it took us about 10 minutes to drive into PP.
There are beautiful gardens and a lovely pool which slopes gradually. A lovely shaded terrace with table and chairs and a BBQ area with sink and worktops was where we virtually lived for two weeks!
The villa itself is on the small side and has a main bedroom with a double bed, a tiny kitchen, a living/dining area and a second bedroom up a steep flight of wooden steps.
For this reason I would hesitate to recommend the villa for those with small children (or the very elderly) as I was worried my two young ones would fall down the stairs. With the shuttered windows the villa is pitch black at night!
I would also hesitate to recommend the villa to those who are over 5'6"! I am 5'7" and I couldn't stretch out in the double bed at all so anyone taller would have a very cramped sleep!
On the whole though, a lovely, very pretty villa with a caring and friendly owner who made our stay as comfortable as she could. The lit-up pool at night was beautiful and perfect for a late-night swim when it gets too hot!
