We booked our villa through Sunquest Mallorca and found them to be very helpful - unlike the owners of the villa who have put it on the market and as a consequence didn't really care about maintenance. This is a lovely upside-down villa (air-conditioned bedrooms downstairs) with terraces front and back. Unfortunately the larger terrace overlooking the pool - with all the decent furniture - was out of bounds because the key to the doors and windows had gone missing with a previous tenant. The views from the back terrace almost made up for this but we still felt a bit cheated when no replacement key turned up.
One of the a/c units in the bedrooms failed to work and didn't get mended during the 2 weeks we were there. Minor niggles really but because the villa is being sold there is no incentive to do repairs as the owners don't care if we come back next year or not - and by the time the next tenants discover the niggles - it will be too late for them too.
