Villa near Illa D'Or through Servera Properties

Hi, just wondering if anyone knows anything about this 4-bed villa near the Illa D'Or hotel?

It's being marketed through Servera Properties, though it doesn't seem to feature at all on their own website.

If anyone has any reviews/comments etc I'd be really grateful - we are 2 families with 6 young children between us, so I'm super-keen to get this right even though it's a bit of a last-minute booking.

I have tried to contact servera via web site-with no joy. Don't know if I've witten it down wrongly? What is the name of the villa you were enquiring about? I've seen Ponderosa villa,and one above with no name. Is it this building? It looks beautiful - would be interested to know what you thought of it.
