Villa Parade, Meeting in Pollensa 05.06.2014 at 20.00 hours

Our Law Firm, ILLESLEX, would like to convene a meeting this week regarding the bankruptcy of Air Parade Ltd trading VILLA PARADE on Thursday 5th of June at 20.00 hours in CLUB POLLENSA, located in Plaza Mayor Nº 10 (Pollensa) with all the villa owners affected, holiday bookers and with all the people interested in the mentioned matter.

During it, we would like to provide possible solutions to this particular situation in order to get back the money, discuss the strategy with all of you from a legal point of view, share the information and so on.

We are also in contact with British lawyers and we are studying the procedure deeply. Therefore, we could give you a global vision from different perspectives.

Surely this meeting is primarily for the interests of the villa owners affected and for other Spanish based creditors. At the liquidation initial meeting in West Yorkshire last week very few assets were apparently identified. We are currently in Pollensa having paid for a second time for our current villa. We are also trying to salvage our September trip and have uncovered much more information about the background to this dispute. However in the absence of assets VP villa customers (unless Spanish based) would surely only have redress through the British systems available to UK residents? I would have liked to attend if only to get a more accurate assessment as to how all this happened, but my knowledge of Spanish would not be up to the challenge, I fear.

First of all, many thanks for your message.

ILLESLEX would like to insist in the fact that the meeting is opened to anybody interested in the bankruptcy of Villa Parade, it is not at all only for Spanish owners.

The meeting will be probably half and half English-Spanish, it will depend on the nationality of the attendees. In any case, you could talk directly in English with the partner of ILLESLEX, Javier Blas Guasp, before or after the said appointment in Club Pollensa. He will be delighted to assist you from a legal point of view.

If you are not sure about attending the mentioned meeting, I would like to offer you another option, which is visiting him in our office located in Pollensa (Via Pollentia Nº39) that day because he is going to be there from 16.00 hours until the beginning of the meeting.
