Villa Parade - What to do if your Travel Company Fails

If you have booked a holiday with Villa Parade (or any other failed company who has both ATOL & ABTA)

1. If your booking is a package including a flight -this will be protected by its ATOL cover. Any customers who have booked this type of arrangement should contact the CAA on 020 7453 6350 or visit Air Travel Organisers' Licensing | ATOL. 2. If your booking was for accommodation only then you can claim via ABTA - see Air Parade Ltd, Villa Parade, Car Parade, Golf Parade, Luxury Villa Escapes company failure, ceased trading, - ABTA & also http://abta.com/go-travel/travel-clinic/travel-company-failures if your accommodation was being provided by Villa Parade & not a third-party - check your paperwork!

BUT if you have booked via Credit Card or VISA Debit Card then you may find that ABTA advise you to contact your card company first & will provide you with proof that their member has ceased trading.
