Villa Ponderosa - Pinewalk enquiry

I am new to this forum but have been visiting Pollensa for a number of years, usually staying in Bellesreguard. On our holiday this year we stumbled across a recently rebulished villa on the pinewalk, past the Illa Dor - called Villa Ponderosa. We would like to enquire about rental of this property for next year but despite numerous internet searches cannot seem to find a website or contact details for the owner to make an enquiry for this villa.
