Villa Prices

I noted this year and definitely next year, that the cost for a villa rental has gone up quite considerably for the months of May and June!!!. Along with September, this was always a time for reasonable prices but not anymore!!!. Only September from the 6th September time onwards are their good rates.
Also I notice villa prices in Cala San Vicente across the season have shot up. I think that they now think of "CALA" as the Beverly Hills of Mallorca!!!???. What are the views of the forum?

If you look around you can find reasonable prices for May.

I have just printed out my booking confirmation for a week in May 2013 that has only cost £ 635.00 for the villa and its one we have walked past hundreds of times in an area we know well and like and have wanted to stay at for years.

There are many around the early £500's to £600 ish.
