Virgin Mobile Roaming Issues

Are there any members here who use Virgin Mobile phones from the UK while in Mallorca?

On our last two trips in March & April, we couldn't make outgoing calls to the UK - only send texts & receive calls from the UK. The network defaults to Orange which gives a recorded message when you try to call. If you manually select a Network the only one that would work was Yoigo but that wasn't always available e.g. in Soller.

I just wondered if anyone else had experienced it & whether it was still an issue.

Hmmm, had this problem at the end of june. Strange thing was, if you tried in the mornings App 7am, the calls went through okay.

Thanks. I arrived yesterday afternoon & managed to phone home so I can only assume that it is now fixed. But if anyone else does get problems, do post here.
