Vista Boquer Apartments

Hi, ive booked to stay in the Vista Boquer apartments, I just wondered if any one had been here before and could comment on the location? ie how far are the local shops, restaurants... whats the area like are there any parks etc for the little one to play on? How busy does the swimming pool get?
Any help/ tips would be gratefully received
