During our stay at Viva Tropic ( currently on day 4 of 13) we have found out the hotel is to be rebranded to Zafiro Tropic during the next few months and already little changes are happening. Noticed a children's menu that had 'part of the Zafiro Group' written on it. Staff uniforms, menus, etc are getting the rebranding. Apparently the 2 owners of the Viva group have gone their separate ways and the one who owned Viva Zafiro is rebranding all his hotels to the Zafiro Group (as Zafiro was his first hotel) therefore Viva Tropic will be Zafiro Tropic.

Just googled it, its in Alcudia!

Sorry guys, yes it's in Alcudia and honestly I've never seen it so quiet. It's like we are the only ones here which is great. This weekend there's ment to be over 250 more guests. One extreme to the other. Weather is fantastic, the service is great and as returning guests the staff remember us and very helpful.

Woke up at 4am to the loudest thunder I've ever heard which rumbled forever! It's now clear and is looking good for this morning
