Wanted - Apartment to buy!

If you have an apartment to sell and would be interested in a private sale, please message me with details and pics if poss. We are coming out for viewings next week and are looking for:

2 beds
Short walk to the sea and beach
Relatively spacious and pleasant terrace (to fit a table and chairs)
Not too expensive (sadly we are not millionnaires Region of E200000 or lower

If you look on idealista dot com you can often find many properties which dont appear with the mainstream agents and a few will be private sales. I had to write a cheque to pay the estate agent for our house last week (fee was deducted from the amount I paid the vendor) and it was 4.8% of the sale price. Ouch.

Thank you Bobley for your wise advice. I have previously had a look on Idealista but thought putting a call out on the forum might unearth some gems. Worth a try!
