Weather at the start of May

Hi, this is probably one for those who live in Pollensa.

We are thinking about going at the end of April, start of May. Could you let me know whether it should be sunny and warm by then? Warm enough to swim in the pool?

The weather should be warm and sunny during the day by the beginning of May but the evenings generally still quite chilly. Having said that the weather can still be changeable at that time of year, although this year they have had warm mild weather all winter. We were over last week and had one VERY warm sunny day with people in bikinis etc on the beach ,and two or three overcast but mild days. Also saw a few brave souls (mad fools) in the sea :eek

I would definitely find swimming in a pool too cold at the beginning of May. Would need at least another months sun on it for me and there would still be a BRRRRR factor to it!! I am a wuss 'tho
