Whats open end March

Does anyone know if Joker Bar will be open at end March also if any of the front line shops ie nice clothes shop next to Joker bar sorry cant remember what it is called. Arriving on 30th March for a few days I have never been in PP at this time before just wondering what to expect , sure it will be wonderful and really interesting to see out of season thanks

I looked down towards Joker on Saturday and could see tables and chairs outside so would imagine that they are open. I think most places will be open for business by the time you come out many are opening earlier than usual this year.
