Have any of you sampled the cellar bars/restaurants of say,Inca or Sineau?
Can Amer in Inca is excellent and the unique atmosphere and setting of an old wine cellar is special and the truly authentic place to try regional dishes.
Ant comments of others?

It's strongly tipped on an international foodie forum as being amongst the best places on the island for traditional dishes.
