Wow, now we're safe!!!

WE HAVE LIFEGUARDS!!!!. Well actually we only have lifeguard chairs at the moment, you know, those tall Baywatch things. There are three of them and a brand new hut just next to Tamarells the beach bar. Alas no actual life guards yet to be seen but I anticipate Pamela Anderson at any moment and I am feeling much safer because of her impending arrival. (How do they run in slow motion??)
Come on Pammy where are you??

yes, but we are off again on Tuesday. Sorry we will miss you.
As I write this, there is thunder,lightning and drops of rain as big as golf balls.

Well it stopped raining and the sun came out, so we took a drive round to the beach at Formentor, and low and behold they actually had a lifeguard sitting in their new chair. Just goes to show that the upper classes are served better than us lower classes. However he looked less like David Hasselhoff and more like the Fat Controller, so I don't think he could have saved money, let alone a life.

Are the guys that collect the money for the sunloungers perhaps lifeguard trained and at long last they get the chairs???
