What's afoot behind Nautinort??

Hiya, does anyone know what is going on on the La Gola land by the Nautinort boatyard at the end of c/Juan XXIII? There's 2 chaps with heavy duty strimmers and now a thunking great tractor has turned up. Hopefully they're just clearing the land as it's so overgrown??? I notice they're doing something with poles and string the other side (road to Alcudia), looks like fencing. It's just near to our place, so kind of hoping it's not being cleared for building or maybe a car park:confused::(
 
I can't find anything on the council website but seem to remember a while ago there was talk of another car park being built in the area.

Yes, I'd heard that some time back, but they they're the Forest Warden chaps in the yellow trucks, with the olive green uniforms, so I'm hoping not! I shall endeavour to find out at the Visitor Centre . . .

Yes, I read the article, so it seems it's 'a series of bus stops' and possibly a car park. Hey-ho, it is what it is, I guess. The way things happen here, it'll probably all change in a few years' time anyway, that's if it gets completed at all!!!
 
I seem to remember talk of it being more opening out of La Gola park but also a coach stop for the park.
