debz1, You have to know the noble lord to understand.

Ruislip is his second home.
He actually lives in Windsor.
You might have seen the place.
It's a rather large walled structure with turrets.
You could drive a coach and horses through the main entrance, oops, he does.

We have spotted him several times over the years. The last time was a couple of years ago at Il Giardino in Pollensa old town square.

Major Tom - last year when Guru Restaurant was still open, I took a couple of photos of "Paul Weller" having a meal there. My daughter is a huge fan and I sent the pictures to her - all excited that I was sitting close to a rock-god. However he was doing a concert in Paris at the time. She did agree that there was a similarity = so I suspect your sighting could be this look-alike
