Instead of trading childish insults with people who don't even read this forum, wouldn't it be better to actually do something about it?
People could try emailing the hotels along the front who specialise in cycling holidays, especially out of season and politely asking them if they could inform their guests of the rules regarding the pedestrianised area that the cyclist use to get to and from their hotels. Also maybe polite signs on the cycle racks that the restaurants have along the front again asking them to to cycle until they get to the roads or cycle lanes.
