Oh ok thank you, I haven’t had to do a form before and I didn’t know you could have it emailed! Thank you again

Why do you want to print it?

When you travel to Spain you need you need

Passport
Ticket
SpTh Health Form
NHS Vaccine Cert

When you travel back you need

Passport
Ticket
Pass Locator Form
NHS Vaccine Cert
Fit to Fly cert ( until the 4th )

You cant show someone your phone and flick from app to app that quickly. If you hand them 4 pieces of paper they are happy to look themselves and you dont need to be in close contact. I'll have the Pass locator form on the phone and everything else on paper. Makes everyone's life easy.

That’s exactly what we always do and it works perfectly. Being a “Nervous Nellie”, I always save the Passenger Locator Form to both my iPhone and iPad, just in case.

.

So, we are flying out of LeedsBradford at 0630 on 4th October, returning after7 days of bliss in PP.

Rules change at 0400 4th Oct. Am I right in thinking the pre departure to UK test in PP is no longer required? ...but...the 2 day test on arrival in UK is still required. Now then, is it a PCR test or lateral flow test that is required.? In part of the .gov site it suggested that the changeover to lateral flow testing would not happen till towards the end of October.

Any advice (particularly of the accurate type ) gratefully received.

You do know theres a little button on the bottom of your phone that allows you to move from app to app. Ryanair, Easyjet and Jet2 also all have document wallets that allow you to upload the documents that they need to inspect connected to your boarding pass so you just swipe across them. Done it 4 times this year so far (and a 5th in a couple of weeks) and not destroyed any trees or used an printer ink in the process.

Bircho:
when i travelled over in July i just used my phone for all relevant documentation but had them in different places - didn't know about Ryanair wallet - just looked on app and can't see it. I'm off to Marbella next week - can you only access it once you've checked-in?

Yes you need to check in and you then get option to upload documents. However, given you need the seat number for the SpTH form you can just go back into boarding passes and upload. The documents are erased shortly after landing so you may want to keep SpTH app open or a download of your phone.

Help!!!!
We are filling in the Spanish Health Form. We both have a paper copy of the NHS Covid Pass showing our 3 vaccinations. These also show 3 QR codes.
We are stuck on the page asking for 3 options concerning the Covid Pass.
Option 1 isn’t correct as it’s the EU digital pass.
Option 2 refers to a digital pass acceptable by various countries including the UK
Option 3 is ‘Other’
So…. Do we select Option 2 as we have paper printed QR codes
Or Option 3
We also have screen prints of the QR codes on our phones.

Please…. Sorry to be untechnical … could anyone help in simple language!!
Thank you so much!!

Use the photo shot of your booster Jab - that’s what I used using option 2 if I remember rightly.

Pick option 2, it probably won’t verify your document but that is fine you just fill in the details manually and you will be fine (we arrived on Thursday and had to do this, it wouldn’t verify my PDF of my vaccine).

If you choose option 2 it then gives you option to scan the qr code from your covid certificate. Scan the latest one (booster) and you will get fast control rather than document control.

I'm flying out Sun 18:00...just started completing the SPTH - kept on going (haven't entered seat no.) and it's let me complete it and sent my QR code (without seat no.) - how has it accepted it over 48 hours prior to flying? any thoughts?

I’m not sure if the Spanish Health form is needed any more. Try Google for further information.

According to GOV site and JET 2 the locator form for fully vaccinated adults is no longer required. Needed for those not fully jabbed and 12-17 year olds.
I think that the French site caters for all departure countries many of which still have to register the infm.

We are arriving on Wednesday.
Do we need the SPTH locator for entry.
We are fully jabbed .
Cant seem to find updated info anywhere

What does your Airline website say ?

Easyjet has for example "Covid 19 Travel hub "

with informstion clearly laid out subject to a bit of data input applicable ie nationality etc and its info is dated as being correct @12 April.

The Gov UK Spain website has also a statement stating entry requirments ...under section All travellers ......

You need to go to gov.U.K. Site - just type into Google - spain Covid entry requirements and the official site is usually first. It states that if you are fully vaccinated and have recognised vaccine certificates - digital or paper - as long as has QR code. Anyway you can look for yourselves.
