We have been a few times now and we love it! He's continuously busy as well which is fabulous for him, but not so much if you're passing by hoping for a table
We're vegetarian so our choices may not be what you'd choose but non-veggies we've spoken to have been very happy too.
The vegetarian tapas we had on our first visit (opening night) were delicious. They included patatas bravas, lentil croquettes, vegan Russian salad (which Russ is desperate to go back for) and nachos.
We went for breakfast when my in-laws visited and there is a good selection and the portions are generous. Similar in style to Monges, but not quite the same.
A couple of nights ago we went for dinner. I had a tofu pokebowl (rice, roasted squash, edamame, pineapple, beetroot, spring onion and seared tofu) and Russ had vegan tex mex beans (with salsa and guac & tortillas). All fantastic and really fresh. House white is local and was very nice.
The table next to us had some bao buns with what looked like pork in them and they enjoyed them very much.
Francisco seems on a constant high and tells us he is very happy, and so he should be. He's crazy busy and we think he has created something fantastic with the position, the decor and the food.
