Bon dia amigos it's Friday already..where is the time going?. We did not get the rain yesterday and it was a very muggy night but it is much brighter this morning with brief glimpses of the sun, still plenty of cloud around though. It is quite calm and 23c, hope you all have a great weekend and that the weather is kind to you wherever you are.

Please,no more talk of bad weather.
We are arriving on Sunday for 10 days,having already spent 600E courtesy of
Crown Currency Exchange.

Stephen we're heading out on Sunday for 10 days as well!!
Have just checked Intellicast and Accuweather forecasts. Intellicast is dreadful showing rain and thunderstorms all next week while Accuweather says sunny all week
I know which one I'm plumping for!!!

I've been watching the met-office website for the last 3 days,and a depression full of rain and wind has come from the Atlantic and is over Lisbon at the moment and on it's way westwards to Mallorca.
It looks like we will get rain/wind from Sunday until Wednesday(ish)and then an improvement to sunny and 70+ degrees for our last 5 or 6 days.
I'd settle for that to be honest.

That should be eastwards to Mallorca.If it was going Westwards it would get there about Bonfire night.

Hola amigos welcome to the weekend, it is cloudy but calm and 24c. I am afraid showers and periods of rain have been forecast for the next few days but lets hope they are wrong.

and what a storm it was...we were getting up early anyway for the journe home but not that early.luckily the rain had stopped by the time we were leaving at 7am but the rain when we arrived at palma airport was torrential...no delays though .back homw to sunshine...i miracle in our part of the world
