Computer access with a USB please?

Hi, I was hoping someone could help please. I have a Tom Tom sat nav and since the last OS upgrade in the UK, (on the day we flew here),the unit cannot find the satelites. Tom Tom have emailed me and informed me that I am required to download the update to fix the issue.
We are staying at Duva in puerto pollensa and their computers have the USB locked so cannot download here. Does anyone know where I may be able to use a PC with USB access to do this.

Hi again, It´s Steve:) Well what can I say. We had a shakey start to our hols with the sat nav issue but thanks to fil6699 and his lovely wife and their ´more than welcome´ hospitality we can enjoy the rest our hols and find our way around again.
I must agree with ´nickpaulanoah´ in an earlier post you do not get service like this anywhere else.
I was even offered a cool beer while waiting for the update fix to download to our sat nav. Now how is that for service...
This is our 2nd time to PP and of course we will be coming back as soon as!
Many thanks to all involved with the PP forum you do a great job.
But the credit has to go to fil6699 in this instance.

Brilliant of you fil! I think you must be a close neighbour to me as I'm near the Hideaway so I know where to come when I have a problem!

Seriously I think you have been wonderful offering your assistance and I have noted not for the first time either! Well done and I'm glad you are near to me! lol

Hi fil6699, Having just returned home from hospital after having a new hip replacement, we are coming back for some R&R in PP....yes we are staying at Duva again:)

I will see how my mobility is, and will give you a call if that is ok.

I would like to thank Fil also, for helping us with our boat issue. We have noticed how helpful he is with a lot of good advice to other people. It seems we also have our property near a few other postees. In gommar, not far from the Hideaway. Enjoy the sun
