Any progress on Katys Bar anybody?

To be honest I've not been paying too much attention but having walked past a few times over the last week I think it looks as if the building is being changed into apartments - I'll try to remember to take a closer look tomorrow & confirm.

Any progress on Katys Bar anybody?

No progress as far as I can see. The apartments upstairs are being rented, but the bar itself, along with the small courtyard in front is still covered by a large advert for Villaparade.

Don't think that anything will be changing here anytime soon.
