I am looking at renting an apartment from Riusech (Agencia Inmobiliaria Mallorca, Propiedades en venta y alquiler en Pollensa y Formentor, Villas exclusivas Puerto Pollensa, Apartamentos y Aticos, Alquileres vacacionales de lujo) in Bellresguard, Puerto Pollensa.

Anyone knows if Bellresguard is appropiate for children aged 7 and 10 ? Is it walking distance to the beach, restaurants, etc ?

Is the quality of the apartments as good as advertised by Riusech ?

Can anyone that dealt with Riusech before recommend them ?

Many thanks.

Hi Sandra and welcome to the forum. Riusech are a reputable company so i think you are quite safe booking with them. I have not stayed in the apartments so can't give an opinion but i am sure someone will have and will be able to give you some info, also re distances from the area, have a look at this thread i think it will give you a good idea :- http://www.forum.puertopollensa.com...icente/8397-bellresguard-corfu-apartment.html, hope this helps :D.

As a comparison - and maybe a better deal checkout apartments advertised on this site, many of which advertised here for many seasons with very few,if any, problems for renters.
Sat having lunch in Laguna looking at bellresguard apartments at the moment. Would be difficult to have a better location for a family holiday. Book it today!:)

Thanks very much for the quick replies!!! It is certainly reassuring. You never know these days with bookings over the internet. You hear so many stories....

Some are more welcoming to renters than others. Some of the smarter places have very strict rules about pools: no inflatables, lilos for example.

I would say that if you are visiting in school hols and you like to have lots of kids around playing in the pool area go for the Sangrilla bit of Bellresguard

If you want a more peaceful pool and garden area and are willing to encourage your kids to apply a bit of common courtesy ( like moderating their high spirits in the pool if an elderly person is trying to have a swim or leaving football playing to the beach ) then I would choose one of the other Bellresguard buildings. Certainly the non Sangrilla buildings will have a lower people to pool ratio and are generally more peaceful

Bellresguard

I booked in Bellresguard what looks like a nice large ground floor with modern furniture. I am so looking forward to the holiday with the children...

Fabulous link,Sandra! The photos are breathtaking and the quotes are great to read:) On one photo (dont know which number) it shows a very steep crag/mountain and there is a building on top and castle-like walls around the crag - I would love to know where this is - I am sure someone on the forum will know:D
