Pollentia Mar Apartments near the square

Has anyone stayed here?

They look really nice, but have seen some reviews that talk about loud noise from a local bar, Batacuda, which apparently plays music till 4am! (I thought that there might be a 12am cut-off)

We're looking to go mid June, so don't know if it might quieter out of the school holidays?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Great apartments, just undertaking a massive refurbishment, triple glazing etc. Think you'll find that bar mentioned is shut, but in any case if there is noise after midnight get the Hotel Bahia reception (that's the reception for POllensamar) to call the Guardia Civil

I think that there may be some confusion here between the Pollensamar which in the road behind the Illa d'Or and the Pollentiamar which is a block of private apartments quite near to the Flora (I think).

So, has anyone got any feedback on these particular apartments and late night noise and the time of year we'd be arriving?

Did anyone stay in one of the Pollentia Mar apartments this year? Was there any late-night noise? I'd be very grateful for any feedback.
