Computer assistance please.

I have installed "Firefox" onto my laptop after my Windows I.E. crashed. However, I'm now getting the message "Mozilla Firefox not responding". How do I get around this so I can get my laptop up and running again.

My computer knowledge is very, very limited so I'm relying on any computer experts out there!

I would uninstall it through Control Panel and download it again. Have you used Google Chrome? It is much less hassle and more stable than Firefox or Internet Explorer. You can download it for free

Thanks for the prompt and helpful replies. Not long after I posted, the problem seemed to resolve itself, although I have a feeling it may only be short term.

I will bear the Google Chrome route in mind though.

Google Chrome is the way to go I sacked Firefox a long time ago and switched to Google chrome better faster more reliable
