A part of our ritual is to taste as many flavours as possible when we visit .

Does anyone know where the ice cream is made and is it local ?

The name is Gelats Valls and it is a Pollensa based company .

And they as a family have been selling Ice Cream In PP for over 25 years I am sure many remember Mr Valls with his freezer box on the front of his Old Bicycle coming down the Pine walk then in later years the bicycle was upgraded to the same freezer box on the front of a Moped. All the kids use to love to sit on the bike while waiting for their ice cream then sadly He retired so the shouts of " Hilados" "Ice cream" and the toot of his horn can no longer be heard on the pine walk Happy memories He always gave my kids the first Ice cream of the holiday free. Now they take their Children (my grandchildren) to the Kiosk for the same ice cream to be served by By Mr Valls Children and his grandchildren
