Tourism opens the bidding for performing the works of semipeatonalización.

The semipeatonalización of the first line of Port de Pollença is a little closer to becoming reality. The consortium Kenya Tourist Accommodation, part of the Regional Ministry of Tourism has launched the bidding process works execution and rehabilitation project'reforma semipeatonalización the section of the MA-2220 road between the square of the driving of Llenaire and the roundabout at the end of the street Joan Moll XXIII''pollencí' for a total amount of 1.4 million euros, VAT included. The Mayor of Pollença, Tomeu Encrypt (PP), said yesterday that still need to study the deadlines and expressed doubts about the possibility of starting work soon for the first phase is complete before the next high season.
The invitation comes after the Minister of Tourism, Jaime Martínez, in February commit to "streamline" the project so that the work could begin this year, a discarded possibility due to the date on which, finally, has begun processing.
