Oh you are lucky! Its a late one this year for some reason. At the moment it is 7pm, we all know it can change, but odds on it will stay! ;)
 
Tonight was the 1st official night of the Ramblers 2013 tour and as per tradition they were all dining in El Posito. I heard them before i saw them ;) but from my reserved seat in the dug-out (aka the bar) they looked very good in their bright yellow shirts, sun glasses and false tashes.
These guys really know how to party as i think i have said before, unfortunately one of the key players over did it a little and there are serious doubts that he will be fit to play tomorrow, i did offer to substitute for him but as i have a dodgy bone in my leg i failed the fitness test :rolleyes:;).

At least they are sticking to the same format as last year - lets hope it improves the score!! Certainly not slowing down for them at OHaras at the moment either! Half of them aren't even too sure what time kick off is tomorrow! Should be an interesting match, what ever time it is! ;)

Oh I forgot to say the theme for this year is " The stiff upper lip tour 2013", this is emblazoned on the sleeves of their shirts, I wonder if it's an omen...do they think they will lose again????? ;);).
 
A great match! Ramblers won 1-0! I have a bit of a teeny headache this morning, but I know a few who will have a worse one! ;)

Yes, over by the military base. Its made from crushed tyres and they use the sprinklers to "deaden" the bounce. ... and cool the players down as a bonus! ;)
 
Forget the World Cup disaster and mark your diary for September 13th for the next thrilling instalment of PP football. Although I have had the date confirmed, your guess is as good as anyone's as to what the start time will be - last years was changed so many times I'm amazed everyone managed to turn up together in the end! They all manage to time the pre and post parties with no problem though! ;)
 
It will be guaranteed that the guys will be in El Posito for the first supper on Friday 12th September....it's the law ;)

As per tradition the guys descended en mass tonight in El Posito. This year they were sporting black shirts & aprons with the LRFC logo and Toni El Posito masks.
A fantastic evening with much singing as only the Ramblers can do, other diners were Spanish, Brits and Scandinavian, all of which seemed to enjoy themselves :D:D:D
