Does anyone know of a reliable aircon engineer, my one has decided it only wants to do cool now. Thanks in advance.

Presume you have switched to “heat” on the remote, and lowered the temperature to 20° C to see if you can trick it into thinking it’s a cold summer ?

It can sometimes take a minute or two to realise that it should be heating instead of cooling.
