Just wanted to put a positive word in for the above company. We travelled at Easter which seemed to be problematic for some of the transfer companies because the shared shuttles seemed to start only on 1st April. Anyway our booking through these guys was accepted - and the price was far better than any of the other firms - so I took the view that even if it all went pear-shaped I wouldn't have lost too much. In fact the service, communication and instructions were great - from waiting for us at the airport because Ryanair decided to deposit our bags in the farthest recesses without informing the passengers - to taking great trouble to make sure that our pickup location was convenient. The pick up time was also spot on - we were a little early for our flight because shared shuttles by their nature have to cope with a range of flight times but better that than the stress of being late. The coaches ( Transunion ) were also v modern and clean.

Yes, would definitely agree. We've had good shuttle bus trips with Transunion coaches too. I also booked a one way trip (resort to airport) with Airport transfers just two days before my friend had to leave. The trip cost under £7, the coach was on time & the driver got out, calling my friend's name & then gave all three of us a big hug before taking Sandy to the airport. That's what you call good service!

So far, all of us on various transfer dates have been lucky to leave Palma Airport shortly after boarding the shuttle coach. There have been no scenic detours via Playa de Muro/Alcudia and we have all been first drop at the Mar Senses Hotel. Great service at a very reasonable price.
