Airport Transfers stop end October

Just tried to book a Resorthoppa / AtoB transfers, transfer from Airport and back over the October half term Holiday which once again runs into Nov this year so transfer back would be 2nd/3rd Nov NO JOY
they stop at the end of October.
It never fails to amaze me that the airlines always know exactly when the School holiday,s are and run the flights and charge accordingly but year in year out come the last day of October the Island shuts up shop and they wonder why the season is getting shorter and shorter and times are difficult they constantly shoot themselves in the foot and do not take advantage of what's in front of them so frustrating

It's not just the transfers Phil. Bars, restaurants and i read in the local press that down south a lot of hotels have already closed their doors........crazy .

I Know some of the Bars in the Port which are leased have to because if they stay open for just a couple of days in November they have to pay a full months extra rent and insurance so its not cost effective but I cannot understand the transfer company's

When we went out in Oct few years back, parents booked via Easyjet site for transfers (sorry can't remember company they use) but came back in first few days of November. Might be worth a look

Also buses, although a reduced service!

and hire cars that will be a lower price in November than the summer.
