Apartment in Gommar/Pinaret - new road problems?

We are coming to PP on 22nd September and are thinking of staying in the Gommar or Pinaret area. We stayed at the Bellauba apartments in 2005 which were great. However we understand that there is a new road being built close to these areas.

Are there any particular roads/avenues we should avoid and can anyone recommend a nice apartment for two people that won't suffer from any construction noise & that has a nice sea view ?

I have an apartment in Pinaret and the new road runs along the very back so thankfully by- passes the entire area.The only apartments that are affected would be the ones that run adjacent to the road , which would include Los Eucalyptos and Los Cypreses.

Which streets are next to the new road ? I'm not sure where the two apartments you have mentioned are based. I've downloaded the PP street map from the website so if you could be a bit more specific that would be a great help.
