Apartment withdrawn from site

I noticed an apartment has gone from the rentals pages - Losgeranios1.

It was a nice ground floor apartment.

Someone told me it was up for sale OR has the Tourist Police been snooping as suggested in previous threads about them clamping down on illegal rentals?

Anybody know?

people stop advertising rentals on this site for various reasons - they may have a long term let, they may have decided to let through an agent, for some people advertising with us may not have been that cost effective, they may have decided to use it themselves & no longer let out.

Sorry I think I was just being Devils Advocate and trying to generate some conversation on the current rent laws, any news etc.

Maybe I should have been more direct.
