Can't comment on that exact apartment but can tell you a bit about the apartment block.
There are 8 apartments in it, with 2 being occupied full time by Spanish families. It is a very quiet family orientated complex with its' own swimming pool and gardens. There are 6 duplex 2 bed apartments and 2 3 bed apartments.
It is situated behind the Hotel Galleon and Restaurant Llenaire, the beach is literally a 2 min walk away.
To walk from there to the town takes about 15-20 mins but is a lovely walk right along the beachfront. There is also a bus stop directly in front of the Rest. Llenaire with buses every 15 mins till 8pm at night.
