apts with blue balconies

Hi,
I am hoping someone will have some info on these apts I noticed while in PP last week. They are just before the turn off for Guardia Civil and above Euro supermarket with the red sign and a car hire company next door. We like to stay in this area and have just noticed these apts with a blue perspex / glass balcony. I do hope someone has an idea if they are all privately owned or if they can be rented out. Thanks .

Well that is a coincidence.....I came across a fabulous apartment today for rent that I think maybe the one your looking for. Above Euro supermarket, before the turn-off for Guardia Civil but not too sure about the car hire company. It is a three bedroom with roof-terrace, not cheap but very,very nice! Don't think I can PM you yet with further details, maybe after a few more posts, I will do that.

We stay around this area each year now, lovely apartments above the new Euro supermarket, we shop there daily, the car hire Place is a smal office in what was a takeaway sandwich shop a couple of years ago. We have always fancied renting one of these, very modern and great views

These are exactly the apts I was referring to.
They look fantastic on the website, pricey for the summer but not bad value out of season . This is wonderful , I would never have found this info without the local knowledge of you all on this forum.

You are very welcome Jat, I'm delighted they are the correct apartments, beautiful aren't they? Not local, just came across them searching for accommodation only hours before seeing your post, as I said what a coincidence
