Are we actually moving??

You may have read that we have been trying to move full time to PP, and today we accepted an offer on our house. (Scary)
If it actually all goes through (sometimes it can all go belly up), we could be actually living on our beloved island by Easter. Can hardly believe it, although the emotions have started again about leaving the kids and also our first grandchild arriving in Feb.
Remind me again why I'm doing it PLEASE!!!
