Hi there

I am another cheeky newcomer to this forum.... We have been recommended this area as a great place to come with our two young children (6 & 3) but are late in getting organised and need to find somewhere to stay from 27th June for 7, 9 or 10 days (dictated by flight availability). We were ideally wanting somewhere in Bellresguard, but the properties showing on the site here which I've contacted it turns out are already booked, and one's I've seen elsewhere are much more expensive.

Just wondered whether anyone knew of any Bellresguard apartements which are available, or similar family accommodation in the area that might be available? We are keen to be somewhere with the chance of some other kids around, so a shared pool sounded like a good idea.

Any advice greatly appreciated - stress levels sky high just now!

Thanks!

Why not look slightly nearer in to the centre at the apartments in Boquer.there is availability for the dates you require if you do a search and probably cheaper then Bellesguard.

Hi thanks so much for your replies, really appreciate it. Unfortunately the places on this site which looked available in Bellresguard are already booked for the dates we need. I had also phoned a couple before posting. I will try Boquer. I have found one which looks good in the Pinaret area, close to the beach which I think is also walking distance to the harbour and pine walk area? We have booked flights now....kids over the moon that they will be able to swim in the sea as they have only so far experienced paddling in very chilly Scottish waters!

Yes Pinaret is a lovely area and is closer than Bellresguard to the center of the Port but nice and quiet :D.

Thank you Sparky, think we will just go for that one. Quiet is good too with kids and we can always walk along to the centre.

I think that Pinaret is possibly the best area to stay in the port if you want a bit of peace and quiet but not too far from the centre. With young children you don't want to be staying too far out from the centre as a long walk will be tiring for them. If you get the apartment in Pinaret I think you have made the right decision.:) Enjoy your holiday:)

Thanks ragdollabbi and everyone. This is a really helpful forum! We had a look on street view earlier and are now decided. I'll let you know how it goes...

Hi, I hope you don't mind me asking, but what apartment have you decided on?:)

Pinaret is great area, nice places to eat and drink. Nice area
of the beach, our kids used to love walking along the beach
wall to the centre . Have a great holiday :)

Ragdollabbi, it's the ones that have just gone up, Gambi I think it's called. Not quite what we were looking for but it looks clean and comfy and seems to be in a nice area. Seems that it was only finished a week or so ago!!

Yes those apartments do look lovely and you will be really close to the beach and just a short walk into the centre. I am sure you will enjoy your holiday:)
