Bingo!

Last night we decided to have an evening meal at Restaurant Marina. We are surprised that on arrival every table and every chair both inside and outside was taken. There must have been 100+ people but they were very quiet - heads down and focusing on something on the table. We could hear numbers being spoken out loud in Spanish and then realised they were playing Bingo. I would guess that the crowd were all Spanish and ranged from teenagers to pensioners. It just seemed a bit bizarre and out of character. I don't suppose it could be connected in anyway with the 3 Kings festival!

It's Christmas Bingo, i was told it's the only time bingo is allowed. Lots of the bars and restaurants have it on several nights, tonight is the last one .
